-s i z i n g- To measure what size you will need, loosely wrap a measuring tape or piece of string around your wrist to determine your best fit. These are shown as about 7” Please keep in mind that it is stretchy. The average size is 7”-7.5” depending on the beads. Most bracelets are unisex and the average men’s wrist is 8”.

-w o o d- All the wood beads can be used as an essential oil diffuser. Please note that the wood beads are water resistant ex: hand washing however they are not water-proof as you should not swim or bathe in them.
